The study was conducted by the Center for Agroecology & Sustainable Food Systems researching Community Supported Agriculture members’ experiences from 14 California CSAs.
81% of Community Supported Agriculture members say they’ve had some type of change in eating habits as a result of joining a CSA.
Respondents noted that after joining a CSA they were:
eating more vegetables, eating a greater variety of vegetables, eating healthier, eating at home more and eating out less, and eating better quality food.
