CSA Member Agreement

I would like to become a member of Where the Redfearn Grows Community Supported Agriculture program. I agree to cooperate with the other members in my CSA community and follow the CSA guidelines to make this an enjoyable experience for all. I am committed to my farm for the season and agree to share in the bounty and risks with my farmers and my fellow CSA members. I understand that it is my responsibility to know when and where to pick up my shares, and I agree to pick up my shares on time on delivery day.  If I can’t make my pickup I will pre-arrange with the farm so that my produce does not go to waste.

By clicking “Accept” on the checkout page you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

As a Where the Redfearn Grows CSA member, you share in the bounty as well as the risks that accompany farming. CSA membership allows you to develop a connection with your food, the farm where it is grown, and the people who grow it. As such Where the Redfearn Grows Natural Farms CSA membership is a season long commitment. If you cannot finish out the season, for whatever reason, you are welcome to reassign your share to another household, but we do not issue refunds for shares.

If you are unable to pick up your box on delivery day, you must make alternate arrangements for your produce ahead of time. You can ask someone else to pick up your box for you, you can ask the farm not to make a box for you that week, or you can contact us and ask to hold your box for you for a later pick-up.

Keep your login username and password so you can log in for future needs.

Read the blog and emails that accompany each week’s produce. Besides news from the farm, we communicate important announcements, provide recipes, and extend invitations and special offers to you through them.

There is no work requirement included with a your CSA membership unless you signed up for the “Work Discount”. If you chose, “no thanks” and paid the full membership price, you can disregard the below.

If you signed up for the work discount, it is your responsibility to ensure that you meet your commitment of providing 20 hours of labor to the farm.  Your participation in these work shifts plays a significant role in providing the shares to all of the CSA members each week of the season. You are responsible for signing up for your workdays and honoring your commitment. If at the end of the CSA season any your required work shifts have not been fulfilled you will receive a bill for the prorated amount of the discount you received.
